View the current catalog

Open account settings to see products and prices currently offered by Mono. The database-backed catalog is the source of truth, so amounts, currencies, and billing intervals may differ from old marketing material.

Review the exact displayed price before continuing. Mono does not hard-code a legacy price into the account UI.

Start secure checkout

Choose an available price to open checkout with the configured payment provider. Payment details are collected on the provider’s hosted page and are not entered into Mono.

Only use the checkout page reached from your signed-in account. Complete or cancel it there, then return to account settings.

Subscription updates

The payment provider sends a signed event after checkout and when subscription state changes. Mono verifies that event before updating the account. A short delay between the provider page and the account status is therefore possible.

Starting more than one checkout does not itself create multiple active subscriptions; the provider event determines the durable state. Avoid completing multiple checkout sessions for the same account.

Get billing help

If payment succeeds but the account does not update after a short wait, contact support@mono.fm with the account email and approximate checkout time. Never send a password, full card number, or payment-provider secret.
